Daily Air Removel - Steam Penetration

The efficiency of air removal is a critical parameter for pre-vacuum
sterilizers. A steam penetration test should be performed in an empty
sterilizer at the beginning of every day to verify and document the
efficiency of the vacuum pumps and to indicate possible leaks and/or
poor steam quality
