F108 Series

An entry level model which is simple, hard wearing, reliable and easy to operate. Ideally suited to medical clinics, dental surgeries, podiatrists and other situations where the daily packaging requirements are under 500 units.

F108
The F108 is a basic rotary heat sealer with variable temperature adjustment, pre set self adjusting pressure and feeder speed. Other features include seal edge adjustment, microprocessor controlled operation and 15mm seal width.

F108T
Includes a production counter with audible alarm.

F108Ti
The F108Ti incorporates an automatic insert feed mechanism and reverse transport. The automatic insert feed starts the transportation mechanism when packaging material is fed into the machine. A manual reverse transport trigger assists in the aborting of a sealing run.

F108Tx
Same as the F108Ti but with the production counter and alarm.

F110 Series

A feature packed medium to high use model suited to hospitals and other large scale health care applications. Auto insert feed and reverse transport are standard with printing and PC connectivity options available. The F110 series is the most versatile and economical solution to your heat sealing requirements.

F110
The F110 is the standard model in the series. This machine is totally menu operated with various functions programmed using the user friendly keyboard and LCD display.

F110D
The F110D has a built in printer which can print the packaging date, expiry date and alphanumeric codes on the back of packaging materials.

F110DEP
The F110DEP offers the option to print twenty characters of additional text next to the data as mentioned with the F110D and can store up to 255 texts. The F110DEP has the capability to print dates, codes and text on an external printer. This model also includes a COM port for PC programming of text and data.

F110DBC
In addition to the features of the F100DEP, the F110DBC incorporates a second printer for additional text or barcodes. (Barcodes are generated by commercially available software via PC connection to the sealer for printing)

F220 Series

The 220 Series heat sealers feature temperature, speed and pressure measuring and monitoring via extra sensors. If at any time a variance outside safe tolerances in any of the parameters is detected, the operator is alerted and results documented.

F220D
The F220D has a built in printer which can print the packaging date, expiry date and alphanumeric codes on the back of the packaging materials.

F220DEP
The F220DEP offers the option to print thirty characters of additional text next to the data as mentioned with the F220D and can store up to 799 texts. The F220DEP has the capability to print dates, codes and text on an external printer. This model also includes a COM port for PC programming of text and data.

F220DBC
In addition to the features of the F220DEP, the F220DBC incorporates a second printer for additional text or barcodes. (Barcodes are generated by commercially available software via PC connection to the sealer for printing).
